**Job Description:** 
We are looking for a talented Blockchain Developer & Management Specialist who will help us build and manage our NFT metaverse game and marketplace. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in blockchain technology and strong management skills to oversee both game development and ongoing operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Development:**
  - Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for NFTs and game mechanics on supported blockchain platforms.
  - Collaborate with game developers to integrate blockchain features and ensure seamless performance.
  - Troubleshoot and optimize blockchain functionalities to enhance user experience.
 
- **Marketplace Management:**
  - Oversee the operation and maintenance of the NFT marketplace, ensuring its reliability and user-friendliness.
  - Implement and manage user feedback loops to continuously iterate and improve the marketplace features.
  - Develop and enforce protocols for NFT minting, trading, and ownership verification.

- **Project Management:**
  - Coordinate between development teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
  - Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources in a fast-paced startup environment.
  - Develop strategic plans for scaling the game and marketplace as user adoption grows.

- **Community Engagement:**
  - Engage with the gaming and blockchain community to drive user retention and acquisition.
  - Organize events, webinars, and collaborations to raise awareness and build excitement around the game and marketplace.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in blockchain development (Ethereum and/or other relevant platforms).
- Understanding of smart contracts, NFT standards (ERC721, ERC1155), and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for gaming, blockchain, NFTs, and emerging technologies.
