2Kupang.com for more info. We are looking for customer service agent to help us out with maintaining relationship with our users.
(We currently have 100-150 users)
Your responsibility includes, but not limited to:
• Handling enquiries from our users (typically 5 - 10 enquiries a day)
• Maintaining good relationship with users
• Input-ing users’ receipt details into excel sheet (our users will send us receipts about their daily spending, we need you to read those receipt and key in into excel. Usually around 100 receipts a day)
• Reminding users to send in receipts.
• Sending users a daily update about their daily savings.
Preferred Qualities:
• Patient and able to handle users’ queries courteously
• Attention to details
• Well-versed in English & Malay language.
• Preferably based in Malaysia (because of the timezone)
Our system is semi-automated. You can expect a working hour of 1-2 hrs a day.
The receipts come in everyday, so we expect you to work every day too. (Of course, you can take some time off if needed)
Our current team member will work with you to improve the flow, so the daily chores can be done in less time.
