Looking for a Rust Engineer to join a Web3 long term project. We seek an experienced and motivated software engineer proficient in Rust to aid in the development and implementation of optimizations for a hosted service and associated codebase.

What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated proficiency in Rust with a deep understanding; familiarity with Assemblyscript/Typescript is advantageous. - Knowledge of the open-source software development process.
- A strong grasp of software design patterns and the ability to create reusable, extensible, and modular components.
- Basic understanding or awareness of blockchain or distributed technology is desirable.
- Availability for rotational on-call duty during working hours.
- Strong preference for experience in ops and infrastructure (e.g., Testing, tooling) and familiarity with Postgres databases.
- Demonstrated capability to effectively collaborate asynchronously with a multinational team across various time zones.
