Job responsibilities: call, follow up with assigned leads. Ensure each lead provides us with a Referral. Answer inbound calls, ensure each lead is provided with the highest customer care service. Review files for completeness. Update loan officers on the progress of each file in an efficient, accurate manner. Maintain and Manage our Customer Relationship Management system to ensure all Sales Opportunities are being contacted in a timely fashion. Manage and oversee Loan Officers pipeline to ensure all milestones occur on time. Assist branch marketing efforts to support our referral sources. Assist loan officer in general administrative and clerical duties. job requirements: have excellent time management and precise verbal and writer communication skills. Must have at least two years of prior Sales Support Experience - Both In-Person and Phone. Must be motivated and persistent. Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment is required. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
