Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant customer support role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
