Job Overview:
The Legal Sales Intake Specialist will manage hot leads, handle inbound calls, and assist potential clients in starting their legal journey. Your role will involve building trust, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless intake process. This is a critical position for shaping first impressions of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Conduct intake interviews to gather essential case details.
• Evaluate potential cases to determine eligibility for representation.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of working with our firm to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in our CRM (Salesforce/Litify experience preferred).
• Collaborate with the intake and legal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics, including lead conversion rates.

Schedule:
• Swing shifts: 3 12-hour shifts per week.
• Rotating schedule:
      Week 1: Monday – Wednesday
      Week 2: Thursday – Saturday

Compensation:
• Salary: $1,500 – $2,500 USD per month.
• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses equal to approximately 50% of your salary.
            • Bonuses are tied to individual and team performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and case sign-ups.

What We’re Looking For:
• Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, intake, or a client-facing role. Legal sales or tech sales experience is highly preferred.
• Client Focused: Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with potential clients.
• Detail-Oriented: Accurate data entry and record-keeping are a must.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Litify experience is a plus) and other tools like • Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
• Flexible Availability: Comfortable with the rotating swing shift schedule.
