I am looking for a lawyer with knowledge about real state laws and regulations in the State of Florida. I am in the process of incorporating an LLC that will later buy 3 real state properties in the Miami area. I also want to set an offshore corporation in Bahamas or Bermuda por tax purposes, who will be the sole shareholder of the Florida LLC.
