I'm a programmer, working for USA based company.
I'm moving from Russia to Brazil, so I need a consultation to help me with:
1) Bring in Brazil money I received from selling my property in Russia (around BRL 500 000). Find out whether I have to pay any taxes and etc.
2) Register MEI (or any other legal form) in Brazil and legally minimize my taxes on income I'm gonna receive from USA
