I am the President of Nest Host, a corporate housing company that provides high-quality accommodations to business travelers across Canada. Our company has been experiencing steady growth over the past year, but we are looking to expand our client base.
To that end, we are currently in search of a Virtual Assistant who specializes in lead generation and can help us acquire companies that regularly book 30-day-plus bookings with corporate housing companies and/or Airbnbs. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying potential clients, reaching out to them via email or phone, and closing deals.
Responsibilities of the role would include:
Generating leads for companies that book corporate housing and Airbnb accommodations for their employees
Qualifying leads and assessing their potential as clients
Reaching out to leads via email or phone to schedule appointments
Endorsing potential clients to our account manager for follow-up
Achieving a set number of client acquisitions within a 30-day period
Qualifications of the ideal candidate would include:
Experience in lead generation and sales
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with corporate housing and/or the hospitality industry
Proficiency in relevant software, such as Salesforce or Hubspot (we use
monday.com)
