We are looking for a Cold Caller for our marketing company. You will be calling prospects daily, and set appointments between them and our company. Your responsibility will also to take care of reminders, follow ups and text messages.

The industries are B2B as well as B2C. 

Your Main Responsibilities:

*Set as many appointments with leads as you possibly can working 8 hours per day. (KPI is 150 calls per day)
*Talk to leads, see if they may be interested in our services and qualify them (training will be provided)
*Follow up with leads and interested prospects
*Keep track of leads with a simple CRM
*Schedule meetings for us (through Calendly)
*Keep up-to-date reports

The Ideal Candidate:

--Superb English skills verbally & written (this is important)
--willingness to learn from both sops and 1-on-1s.
--Comfortable with frequent communication with the team
--Must be trainable, and takes direction well
--Existing experience in cold calling for other companies. (1+ years!)
– Existing experience in virtual customer service, chat/email support, etc
-- knows how to use slack, text & gmail for communication
--is eager to learn, takes responsibility and make decisions on their own

we don't want anyone who is just doing what we say and that's it, we want someone who is motivated and goes out of the way to become better and be a great team member.

Our Company:
Works with other businesses to get them sales calls/meetings. We do this by cold calling leads first, see if they are interested in growing and then one of our team members consults them on a free 30-minute call. After that, we will refer this lead to one of our marketing partners who does the execution.
You will only be responsible for the first contact (aka. Cold calling these leads) & following up with them to make sure they show up to this free 30-min call with our company.


Hours:
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday. 40 hours per week/8 hours per day
- 25 hours minimum work time per week, 40 maximum. The amount depends on your availability and hourly rate.

We run on Eastern Time (MT) most of the time. You should be available to work between 9am est to 6pm est!

Pay:
TBD, this will depend on your level of skill, previous experience and efforts. We will stay low on the fixed hourly pay, but the performance based payments are quite high. This can also get higher and adjusted over time.
