This is overall requirements that we want fully functional website for jobboard so if any important features is not listed, you need to keep in, may be you use readymante theme/templates and plugins.



Key Features
1. Job Posting Module
Job posting: Employers will be able to create and post vacancies directly on the platform.

Multiposting: The system will allow employers to select the portals where they want the vacancy to be posted simultaneously (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Integration will be done through the official APIs of each portal to ensure that postings are made correctly.

API Integration: Using the APIs of LinkedIn, Indeed, and other compatible portals to automatically manage the posting of vacancies on multiple platforms from a single place.

2. Candidate Management
Selection process management: Employers will be able to track candidates through different stages of the selection process:
Shortlisted
Selected
Rejected
Hired
History and notes: Employers will be able to view the history of interaction with each candidate and add notes about each one throughout the selection process.

3. Administrator, Employer and Candidate Users
Administrator: You will be able to manage all aspects of the portal, control vacancies, manage employer and candidate accounts, and generate performance reports.

Employer: Employers will be able to manage their vacancies, receive applications, filter candidates, and communicate with them through the platform.

Candidate: Candidates will be able to create a profile, search for job offers, apply for vacancies, receive notifications, and follow the status of their applications.

4. Search Filters and Similar Offers
Advanced Search: Candidates will be able to filter job offers according to various criteria, such as location, salary, type of contract, required experience, among others.
Similar Offers: The system will display offers similar to those that the candidate has applied for or shown interest in, optimizing the job search.

5. Reports and Statistics
Performance Reports: The platform will allow you to generate performance reports for publications, with statistics such as the number of views of the vacancy, number of applications received, average response time, etc.

Statistics by portal: Employers will be able to see which portal their vacancy has been most successful on in terms of applications received.

6. Stages of the Selection Process
Viewing the status of the process: The employer and the candidate will be able to view which stage of the selection process each application is in. The stages will include:
Initial review
Interview
Final evaluation
Hiring

Push Notifications: Candidates will receive push notifications when there are changes to their application status, such as when they are shortlisted or rejected.
Advanced AI Features upon Offer Acceptance
By accepting this offer, I will be adding advanced AI features that will streamline the recruitment process and improve user experience.

1. Candidate Recommendation System
I will use machine learning algorithms to analyze candidate profiles and automatically recommend candidates that best fit posted vacancies based on criteria such as experience, skills, and location.
The system will also suggest to employers candidates similar to those who have already been shortlisted.

2. Predictive Job Efficiency Analysis
AI will analyze historical job performance and recommend better times to post, more effective keywords, and other adjustments to optimize job visibility on external portals.

3. Automatic Candidate Ranking
I will implement a ranking model that will help employers prioritize the most suitable candidates. This system will analyze the candidate's skills and experience and automatically classify the profiles to facilitate the review.
Technologies Used
Frontend and Backend

React.js or Vue.js for the development of the platform's frontend, offering a fast and intuitive user experience.
Node.js or Python (Django/Flask) for the backend, where job applications, vacancy postings, and user management will be managed. PostgreSQL or MySQL
Database

for the secure storage of candidate, employer, vacancy, and application data. The database will be optimized to support large volumes of users and transactions.
Integration with Third-Party APIs

Integrations with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other portals will be done through their public APIs. Secure authentication will be guaranteed to publish vacancies from the employment platform.
Security and Access Control

OAuth2 or JWT for secure user authentication.
Data encryption both in transit and in storage, guaranteeing the privacy of candidate and employer data.
