Java client to call ws

We need a small java function to call a web-service, please see attached pdf with details.

Platform: Java, Jackson, JDK8

function needs to call the "notificaVentaOrdenPlanta" web-service with defined parameters and return:
00 = all good
on error the error code from the WS.
