abstract
build an app for (ios / android) with:

front-end:

• WhatsApp Business API, face recognition for login and a robot to seek into the most popular networks like facebook, instagram and linkedIn for @keywords or #keywords and look for slang the words of the comment captured. The system must capture the comment and record this in mysql.

• The system must be architected for reuse of the functionality (use of API consuming webservices for example).
• The system will have an interface that works for both android and ios;
• the system must have a service functionality via whatsapp and telegram;

• chatbot
o essential basic features:
user identification (no login)
password reset where a connection with the client's ad is required.
Create basic level 1 calls with the possibility of attaching files.

Allow the registration and digital link to access the App the system should have access to the client's webservice for validation.

Load information on the device screen (set of fields previously made available by the client)

Allow information registration, reopen your closed calls, resolve the call informing the type of solution adopted.

Press on the device screen the information (set of fields previously registered in the opening, resolution or closing of the call)

o follow-up on the main social networks of bookmarks and publications
the system should have a robot sweeping the main social networks (facebook, instagram, linkedin) looking for markers @ and # accompanied by the company name.
Look for low slang words among the words of the captured comment.
• The system should capture the comment as a whole and create a call in our app by attaching the content and link to the comment.
