⚡ Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining requirements with hiring managers to final offers. Be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, identifying new vacancies, sourcing, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified candidates. Actively source candidates using various tools (LinkedIn, boolean search, Indeed, etc.) And advanced search techniques. Build and maintain a strong network of tech talent across LATAM. Assess candidates' technical skills through technical interviews and specific assessments. Administer and update the database, ensuring smooth and constant communication. 🎯 Requirements: You have 2-4 years of experience in technical recruiting. Prior experience with hiring backend engineers, ideally JS, Ruby on Rails, .Net engineers Prior experience hiring in Argentina and the EU remote A basic understanding of software development terminology Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms. ⭐ Terms of employment Freelance position with a range of 30-50 hours per month. Flexible hours between 7 am and 7 pm, to be agreed upon based on availability. Freelance position, paid hourly and on-demand.
