Hi there.  We have a super project - the website is http://ipak-edu.org - We offer online courses to people who want live, online college-level instruction but who don't care about a degree.  When you visit the site, you'll see the problem(s).  Our registration page is too busy, we have a mess of monthly payment options.  Zero SEO (although I have a plan and need your help with the details).  This website changes product offerings three times a year (Spring, Summer and Fall), and I can manage the product availability etc.  But the store presentation confuses people.  The courses are roughly arranged into curriculum tracks.  We need to make the website much, much better, and I would like to hear from you with a proposal (as detailed as necessary so I can choose, don't worry I cannot do much more than you see) on how to make it better.  Please describe your fees, if your'e interested in an ongoing website updating/ maintainence gig, etc.  I have $3K to work with.    We also need
