Ionic 3 App - Need help to finish and launch to app stores

Hi there, I have an existing app built using ionic 3 that requires some basic updates (its about 95% complete) and then to be submitted to the Apple and Play stores. There should be 10 hours work maximum for this gig, however i’m looking to form a strong relationship with someone in order to make continual improvements/add features etc, on an ongoing basis. It’s important that you are a good communicator, proactive and pleasant to work with, and able to meet agreed deadlines.
