Interior Design for a Commercial Hub

We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our team and oversee the design of commercial spaces within a bustling commercial hub. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial design principles, space planning, and creating functional, aesthetically pleasing environments for the commercial space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Space Planning & Layout Design:
Develop and propose interior layouts for various spaces within the commercial hub, ensuring optimal use of space and traffic flow.

2. Design Concept Development:
Collaborate with clients and architects to define design requirements and translate them into interior design concepts.
Develop mood boards, color schemes, and style boards that reflect the client’s brand, vision, and purpose for each space.
Ensure the design reflects current trends, sustainability practices, and functionality for the commercial environment.

3. Material Selection & Specification for Construction Drawing:
Research and select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the design vision, budget, and durability standards.
Prepare detailed material specifications, including textiles, furniture, flooring, lighting, wall treatments, and other decorative elements to be incorporated in the construction drawing.
