The general objective of this work is the creation of the Smart Contract to execute the public deed of purchase and sale of real estate and simulate its operation in Blockchain Ethereum or Ethereum Virtual Machine.

Implement Intelligent Contract based on the Brazilian housing deed model (I provide the model).

Implement a system to display the information recorded in the Smart Contract.

This is a course completion job, so I need the detailed information on how the smart contract was created.
