Integrate with generative image ai api and develop web solution

We are looking for a skilled developer to build a user-friendly web interface that integrates with a commercial generative ai api. The goal of the project is to create a system where users can generate high-quality face photos from a single image (e.g. A selfie). The project premise is that the AI ​​only works with a single photo.

Requirements: The interface must be compatible with device cameras, supporting iPads and Android tablets. The interface must be web-based and will run on the tablet, which will then be sent to the ai ​​api for face photo generation. The system must generate 4 image variations for the user to choose from. The interface must have a configuration area where we can customize the prompt that will be sent along with the user's image to the ai ​​api. Integration with a generative ai api that can transform the user's image based on the prompt provided. The process must be seamless, where the user clicks to take the photo, and the API does the rest in the background.
