I have an Ubuntu server and I want to install Chatwoot in such a way that I can answer and send WhatsApp messages using my Twilio number.

I must have two users, one administrator and one agent who answers messages. For the deliverable, there must be communication between the WhatsApp number and Twilio.

I need to know where to change passwords to remove access once installed.
