Job Summary:
Advantage Property Management Services is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Inside
Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for
generating new leads, qualifying each lead by introducing our unique services, setting sales appointments
for the Business Development Manager (BDM), managing the sales pipeline, and executing an effective
sales follow-up process.
The Inside Sales Specialist is both a filter that saves the company from taking on misfit clients and a
magnet that will attract perfect-fit clients for years to come. You will play a pivotal role in achieving the
company’s sales goals through effective telephone & email sales tactics.
Responsibilities:
● Make 60-80 outbound calls per day and send follow-up emails
● Answer all inbound sales calls
● Build a list of qualified prospects
● Create and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
● Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
● Leverage Social Media channels to drive lead generation
● Respond to customer inquiries quickly and effectively
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to identify new sales opportunities
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM
● Continuously seek out ways to improve sales processes and increase efficiency
