Image Recog

Scope
Objective:
Develop an application to final user, capable of taking pictures and replace the original background for another in automatic way. There several apps that do it manualy, and it is NOT our purpose.

1.    What the application must be able to do:
1.1.    Run in Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and above;
1.2.    Run in IOS 8 and above;
1.3.    Take pictures;
1.4.    Recognize a person or a group as the main element at the picture and erase the background;
1.5.    Insert a new background for extracted elements;
1.6.    Import photos from gallery;
1.7.    Apply preprogramed effects to photos, like other app as Instagram.
1.8.    The app must be able to follow the navigation demonstrated in attached file, accordingly the project documentation.

2.    What the application can ask for the user:
2.1.     “How many people are in the photo?”
2.2.    “Select what you want to extract”
2.3.    To draw a scrap line around the target to extract. It must be easy and the user can’t take more than 2 seconds to do it.
2.4.    To select recognized forms, as faces and bodies in retangles.

3.    What the application can’t do:
3.1.    Just work only with croma key or uniform colored background;
3.2.    Delay or be inefficient with user time;
3.3.    Have bugs or errors or malfunctions;
3.4.    Consume excessively battery.

4.    Milestones
4.1.    Prototype
4.1.1.     All working features;
4.1.2.    All Scope (1.1 to 1.7) accomplished.

4.2.    Corrections
4.2.1.     All flaws or errors or malfunctions corrected;
4.2.2.     Apply layout.

4.3.    Final delivery
4.3.1.     All working fine;
4.3.2.     Delivery acceptance;
4.3.3.    Payment.
