Illustrator for children's story books

Hello everyone,
I'm producing stories books for kids and, as the title suggest, i'm looking for an illustrator.
Each book will need 19 spread pages illustrations in a rectangular shape (2 x square pages, see the attachment for an example).
The budget is around 20$ per illustrations, but i'm open to hear your offers.
The target are kids 3-6 years old so nothing complicated. Usually there are 1-2 or maximum 3 characters in every page, and they all are animals. They all take place in a forest.
For the moment send your offer only related to the first book (19 illustrations) , with the possibility to extend our collaboration for other 2 and even over, since i have other incoming projects and finding a trusted illustrator would be good.
