Illustrated animated videos

With over an 90 published blog articles, I need a talented graphic designer illustrator to transform each blog written article into a 2D illustrated video of different durations, meaning some articles are length so the video may reach 10 min, some may only need 3 min videos and others could be 5 min and so on. Detailed requirements:

Tiered pricing model: -Price per 1 minute video for a single video -Price per 1 minute video for 10 videos, - Price per 1 minute video for 20 videos and so on

Storyboard development, apply scripts for each blog article, review with me to approve prior proceeding with illustrating the storyboard. 4. VO : Arabic Saudi VO is required and to be constantly used in all videos. This is to be discussed further as we may have up to 6 characters that exclusive to our brand and we need VO for too constantly.
