I manage the calendar: I coordinate activities and organize your time so as not to miss any opportunity. I make calls, confirm, cancel, reschedule meetings. I make reminders and keep track of tasks.
Reception tasks: I receive calls and messages and transfer them to other people. I answer people who call to request information.
Contact management: I keep track of clients, suppliers and other contacts. I update them. I check emails. I manage customer management software (CRM).
Travel management and personal assistance: I organize business or pleasure trips. I research prices, buy flights and make reservations. I send gifts, medical appointments, etc. I am in charge of throwing parties, dinners, etc.
Business development: I research clients on social networks, design presentations.
Social media management: I answer messages, share information, inform about promotions, create a calendar.
Administration and accounting: I organize daily data, review CVs, maintain accounting books, create and send invoices, make collections and payments.
