Any referenced file in hand sketch, pdf, jpg, png format with description of your requirements would be enough.also required dimensions of ur desired House.

If you have an idea or concept drawing, the easiest way to convey your requirement would be through a hand-drawn sketch or detailed description text. No matter how bad you think your picture would be, I can get started with that.
