I need plotly(python) Expert.

I have two task by using python.

1) Task-1

Create a web page to displays a graph with verticals bars
The implementation has to be in python and dash/ plotly express modules
No references to external sites can be used, i.e. The code should be stand alone
Any modules / libraries used must be available as standard in python verions 3.7.3 and avilabe for free ....

2) Task-2
Create a python script that performs some non-trivial operations on a dataset that I will give you. Then write a written report (over 1000 words) about what the script does, and what insights from the data are gleaned.

Note)
1) You have to finish them within 10hr
2) Because it is very easy for  experts, my budget(including 2 tasks) is $60~$80.
