We are hiring a cleaning coordinator for our Residential Cleaning company. We focus and specialize in cleaning vacant homes that are getting ready to sell or rent to a new tenant.  The cleaning coordinator position will require the following:
- Must know English and Spanish fluently  ( read, speak, and write)
- Must be able to answer incoming calls from 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday- Friday
- Your phone line must be able to connect to our business google voice number
- Must be have a reliable computer/ laptop to have access to our email, google voice, and our quick books account.

- Must have fast and reliable internet

This position will require the following tasks; (but not limited too)
- Answer all incoming calls for Everclean Homes
- Assist client with booking appointments over the phone.
-Log in all appointments on our software
- Coordinate with cleaning crews their availability to take on cleanings
- Assign cleaning jobs to cleaning crews
- Assist cleaning crews when on the field ( give them access information, and any other kind of support that you can assist them with when they are on the field)
- Invoicing with our quickbooks soft ware and calling clients for payment if any are more than 3 days past due.
- Must be neat and organized. Must be able to document cleaning appointments well on excel sheet.
