Homework question and answer mobile app

Students - Student can down load an app. After creating a login, and paying membership fee/deposit, they can submit homework questions to tutors. Question submission can allow for both typed input or photo.
Questions will be classified based on subject, e.g. Math, science, English, history, and grade level e.g. Primary School (P1-P3, P4-P6), Secondary School (F1-F3, F4-F6), university level.
Tutor - Tutors can apply through app to answer submitted questions. Tutors can select preferred subject type(s) and grade level(s) of questions to answer. Once a question is submited by the Student that matches the same preferred subject and grade level, the tutors with the corresponding preferences will get an alert.
If the tutor wishes to answer the question they can make bids to answer the question e.g. $5-$20. Competing tutors for the same question can submit an answer teaser for the question to be answered so that the student may choose which tutor he prefers.
The match - Once the student chooses the tutor and agrees to the fee, the tutor has 10mins to explain and answer the question. The tutor can type, photo, video, or audio the answer. Once the answer is viewed by the student, the fee is debited from the student’s account and credited to the tutor’s account.

Feedback - the student can ask followup questions (e.g. Max 3 follow answers to the tutor regarding the question submitted with no additional charges). After the question is answered the student can provide feedback/number of stars ranking for the tutor, which will be part of the tutor’s profile.
