I need to hire an engineer to help me develop a question interpreter and, based on a database, I can answer these questions. The communication would be through webservices, both the reception of questions and the consultation of the database.

It is planned to have an independent artificial intelligence service, the query will be carried out through webservices that will return the result of a search in a database. An engineer is required who can support the complete development of this part of the project.
