For a long time, when we thought about artists, the first thing that came to mind were the names of white, European male artists because history ended up erasing from cultural memory the names of women who also worked in art. Relevant women who left their marks on the unfolding of art history. This project was created with the aim of honoring the names of women who contributed to the history of art. And they deserve to be remembered and recognized for their dedication and engagement with their artistic productions. Enabling us to access art material for admiration and cultural historical reflection.
