1. Fetch Json Config toda vez que o script rodar: https://lztforeferfiles.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/base.json

2. Criar function, ignorar mensagens em gruPO:
    if message.isGroupMsg === true
    get message.chatId
    archiveChat

    json config:
    ignoreAllGroups: true => On and off
    notIgnoredGroups: if group id is on this list, exception => Not ignored

Criar autoresponse function
    onAnyMessage
    if message.body === responseList.content (any one)
    get response object
    answer with answers object (will be with the same name and same position)

4. Schedule Message
     Check time.now
     if time < time.now = ignore
     else, send message with content and ID

5. Send Message to all chats
     Check time.now
     if time < time.n
ow = ignore
     get all chat id
     loop thro all of them
     set tipying two seconds
     send
     next
