Thank you to for all who have responded, and we are sorry for the slow response.  There is one thing we have noticed, and this concerning the interview questions that were posted as part of the project information.  We noticed that many who submitted a proposal did not answer those four questions we had included.  We have initially been considering the applicants who answered those questions we had posted as part of their proposal.  If you had not already done this, feel free to send answers to those questions.  We have for your information short listed so-far only those who had answered the interview questions.

Mobile friendly, non CMS, very secure, new luxury condominium pre construction building Homesite. Buyers can reserve new condos in the building being built based on different floorplans. 

There are two primary parts of the completed Homesite by end of project:

1. Brochure portion of the Homesite, approximately 29 pages based on 3D architectural cross sectional backgrounds of building being constructed. Exterior 3D architectural model to be provided by client as soon as its available, as being developed by another designer party.  We can use appropriate dummy images for now.
2. Functionalities:  interior architectural configurator for given floorplan, buyer registration module, technical support ticket contact system, live chat with video, voice options, forum, reservation system,  payment system. 

Functionalities can be set up as per former 'housing.com' (no longer online); website examples to be provided, however with graphical styles as per further references.

Three milestones for the project:
Milestone 1: Functionalities.
Milestone 2: Graphical design and integration of graphics.
Milestone 3: Reservation system and interior configurator.

We will provide specifications to selected candidates. 

We would need to consult and agree on the best coding framework to use, one that will support good security against new hacking methods.  Budget is CAD 1400 fixed rate.
