about the role:
we're seeking a professional video editor to create compelling long-form video content, working directly with our ceo.

key responsibilities:
- edit and enhance long-form videos to engage viewers
- match edits to provided scripts and storyboards
- ensure visually stunning, error-free final products
- manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- incorporate feedback for continuous improvement
- utilize ai tools (midjourney, luma, runway ml) to enhance production
- maintain visual and audio consistency

requirements:
- proven video editing experience (portfolio required)
- mastery of editing software (adobe premiere, final cut pro, davinci resolve, etc.)
- Strong storytelling, pacing, and timing skills for long-form content
- Proficiency in audio editing and mixing
- Ability to create engaging graphics and animations
- Experience with color correction and grading
- Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Luma, Runway ML)
- Sharp eye for detail and visual aesthetics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
