You’ll be an essential part of our growth strategy, helping us reach motivated sellers in the U.S. Real estate market. We operate on Eastern Standard Time (New York), so your availability to work during these hours is crucial. The ideal candidate will have excellent English fluency, a convincing phone presence, and the ability to manage calls efficiently using CRM tools. Familiarity with U.S. Real estate markets and experience using AI tools like ChatGPT will give you an edge in this role. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to homeowners in the U.S. Engage prospects and build rapport to identify potential investment opportunities Maintain detailed call logs and data in our CRM (Zoho) Use AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with scripting and follow-up strategies Communicate proactively with the team to ensure smooth operations Requirements: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or a similar role Ability to convince and engage homeowners over the phone Experience in U.S. Real estate is a plus Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho) and AI tools (ChatGPT) is beneficial Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work full-time, adhering to EST (New York) hours What We Value: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage leads efficiently Proactive communication and a team-oriented mindset Experience with U.S. real estate markets is a bonus but not required A passion for real estate and willingness to learn
