Frontend Tech Lead ( 04_05_24dp )

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Tech Lead to join our team and lead the development of large-scale frontend projects. As a Frontend Tech Lead, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing complex frontend solutions, leading a team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of leading large-scale frontend projects, with a portfolio of notable projects, including [largest project 1], [largest project 2], and [largest project 3], demonstrating expertise in leading complex frontend development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a Front-End Engineer
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Strong knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework/library (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with front-end build tools, package managers, and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, npm, or yarn)
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong experience working within fintech environment or on fintech-related projects
- Strong communication skills, experience working as a team lead
