Frisbee launcher for dogs- Design Pre Manufacturer

I need a frisbee launcher for dogs, made from three components: the frisbee, the launcher and the stick. The product is similar as the ball launcher for dogs.
Actually I need someone to help me design the product caring about its functionality in order the send the design to the manufacturer to request a sample.
The launcher and the stick will be made of plastic, with an archeada shape to facilitate the launch of the frisbee, and the frisbee made of natural caoutchouc. The handle of the stick must fit the grip of the hand. The other end of the stick must have a magnet (dionym) inside in order to pick the frisbee in the floor without using the hands.
The launcher must fit the frisbee shape and the frisbee must have a magnet inside to make the stick attract it to pick it up and position it for throwing.
The magnets must be strong enough to allow the frisbee to pick up from the ground and weak enough to release and allow the freesby to be launched.
I need skills about magnet and rotational dynamics.
