As a French Speaking Chat Support Agent, you will engage with our French-speaking users through live chat, promoting and selling private adult content. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with inquiries, guiding users through their purchases, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and respectful interaction. This position requires strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond to user inquiries in French via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Promote and sell private adult content to users, providing detailed information and recommendations.
Assist users with navigating the platform, making purchases, and accessing content.
Resolve user issues and complaints with discretion, patience, and efficiency.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and respectful service.
Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall user experience.
Keep accurate records of user interactions and issues.

Requirements:

Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Strong communication skills in both French and English.
Previous experience in customer service or chat support, preferably in the adult content industry.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Proficient in using computers and online communication tools.
