1.  Manage all emails addressed to our admin, mostly from employees.
2.  Record all paid leave and unpaid leave for employees. Calculate monthly payments to employees, prepare employees' payslips.
3.  When an employee resigns, admin will confirm  online that the work has been finished for hand over.  At this time you will arrange a final payslip.
4.  On the first day of every month,  calculate the payroll, confirm with the manager, set up online payment as bank maker.
5.  On the 5th day of every month, send the payslip to every employee.
