We need to check a few things:
1) Flow for products (with no price on the website): how many questions on the website (screen of each), record the conversation, find out how this person will present himself (doctor or specialist or something else), find out about product prices, payment method , delivery (courier, post office etc.) - Of course you have to say that you have a problem to try to sell it.
2) Flow for a product that is online (via chat) - find out who you are talking to (bot or human), if it is a human, will it be a doctor or a specialist, are they trying to sell online or are they trying to convince you to call?

We are looking for someone who lives in the United States.
