Forex sales closer and chat support

Hi there,

We are a forex signals company seeking a skilled chat support and sales professional to assist in maximizing our sales conversions and supporting our members with inquiries.

Let me outline how it works:

We attract members through our free signals group via ads. Interested individuals can upgrade to our premium group by contacting our support team.

As a salesperson, your role begins here. You'll engage potential premium customers, aiming to guide them to create an account with a forex broker through our affiliate link and make a deposit.

Once they do so, they gain access to our VIP group and benefit from our profitable trades.

Our primary focus is on closing as many sales as possible, as we earn through our affiliate arrangement with the broker.

Your responsibilities include managing warm leads that contact support to start, and following up with them if they delay. Additionally, you'll provide chat support for questions related to our signals. For premium members, you'll also assist in understanding trading with us.

Here's what we require:

Fluency in English
Basic knowledge of forex trading and forex signals
Organizational skills, proficient in managing client files in Excel
Ability to handle chat support via Telegram
Strong sales skills, focused on achieving targets
Availability to be online 24/7 for quick responses
Available to work from Monday to Sunday, from 6 PM Dutch time (cest) to 3 am (cest), with flexibility outside these hours.

What we offer:
