Do you like meeting people? Are you empathetic and curious? Do you have excellent writing skills (in English)?

We propose short missions in the field to interview our clients. We work in the sustainable finance sector and would like to know how entrepreneurs are impacted by the services of financial institutions. We are looking for consultants to conduct interviews and take pictures of our clients in the field.

You should meet the following criteria:

- Social skills and ability to conduct interviews (sometimes in remote areas)
- Excellent writing skills (English). An example of a short writing sample is required
- Ability to take good quality pictures (minimum 2MB). A sample of pictures is required (ideally portrait/people pictures)

If you are shortlisted, we will have a call to inform you about the mission. Once your participation is confirmed, you will receive the contact of the clients to set up the interviews. The material for the interview (questions and guidelines) will be shared with you by then.
Once the interview is completed, you will transform your notes into a short story (350-450 words).

- Interview (1 hour)
- Pictures (45min)
- Story writing (1.5 hour)
- Commuting time (1 hour)

Additional transportation time might apply as well as translation time.
