Fix Odbc Connection in a Docker Build

I have a code that it's not working .
It's a Python code, in a docker container that users and api, connects to mssql and mongoddb ,
when i build it , it doesnt work the odbc connection

i need assistance to
1) be able to run the docker
  and  fix the connection issue with odbc and or mongo db connection
2) ensure i can connect to any mssql server provided ip,port,db user and password
3) ensure i can connect to any mondgd db server in any ip.

4) I need also instructions on how to be able to deploy in another docker.
