Fix mobile version - params missing

Our weekly newsletter is being sent via mail to our customers as PDF attachment. Additionally we offer the reader a 'mobile' version to read the articles on-line (PHP, WordPress).

It has a tremendously simple security override, which is a param added at the end of the URL. This is however not done for all the links. Please see attached document for additional info.
