Hello, I need to present yearly IRS Form 1120. This company was created in Sep2019 as a startup but finally  I{m in the process of close it, after ask for close the company, I need to present 2019 IRS form. The only accountable records in this company are (funding and expenses), I personally save this records in two files (Excel and GNU Cash) as expenses, but the project needs to re-allocate in order to comply with us gaap and finally fill form 1120 so i can present in the extended time to the irs.
I need a person who has both knowledge of us gaap and irs taxes.
