Finish a 3d animation of a product

One freelance have develop all full animation of our new product, we have obtained the 3d animation and also have all 3ds max files, textures, movements, 3d model, all is done. But when this freelance finished the animation, we find some errors on material textures (one piece should seem like black metal and it seems plastic) and we need to modify one piece movement.
But all work is almost finished just need to retouch some errors, and we can provide all files.
