Project Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Customer Service and Facebook Community Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with community members on social media platforms, particularly Facebook. The candidate will be responsible for managing our Facebook community, responding to customer inquiries, and fostering a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage our Facebook community, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on Facebook.
Develop and post engaging content to foster community interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align community management strategies with overall business goals.
Provide feedback and insights gained from community interactions to help shape future marketing strategies and customer service initiatives.
Maintain a consistent presence in the community, dedicating approximately 5 hours per month to these tasks.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Facebook and other social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in customer service or community management is preferred.
Passion for engaging with and supporting community members.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
