We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Facebook and Google Ads Manager to join our team and drive our online advertising campaigns to new heights.

Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning:

Develop, implement, and manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct thorough market research to understand audience needs and preferences.
Create comprehensive ad strategies to meet business objectives and KPIs.
Ad Creation and Management:

Design, write, and optimize ad copy, images, and videos for maximum engagement.
Set up ad campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads.
Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (Kpis) such as ctr, cpc, cpa, and roi.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Use data to optimize and scale successful campaigns while phasing out underperforming ones.
Budget Management:

Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize return on investment.
Ensure all campaigns operate within budget constraints.
A/B Testing and Experimentation:

Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad elements.
Experiment with new ad formats, placements, and bidding strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing goals.
Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce compelling ad assets.
Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Facebook and Google Ads Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Proficient in A/B testing and optimization strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
