We’re a fast-growing home services company seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving challenges, and wants to grow with a forward-thinking business.

Your primary focus will be managing client communication, scheduling, and supporting our team with CRM operations. While experience with specific tools (like Jobber or Go High Level) is a plus, we provide step-by-step SOPs and are happy to train the right candidate who demonstrates the drive to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and organize client data in our CRM systems (e.g., Jobber, Go High Level).
-Schedule and coordinate client appointments efficiently.
-Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
-Support administrative operations such as data entry and task tracking.
-Collaborate with the team to refine workflows and improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:
-A tech-savvy problem-solver who can adapt quickly to new systems.
-Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal). Spanish is a plus but not required.
-Experience with CRMs or tools like Zapier, Excel, or Google Workspace is a bonus, but we provide training for those eager to learn.
-Someone organized, reliable, and confident in managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Work Schedule:
-Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm cst.
-Weekends off to support your work-life balance.
