Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of damaged properties. Prepare accurate and detailed estimates using Xactimate software. Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcome for insurance claims. Oversee and manage the restoration process from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality completion of all projects. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and team members. Adhere to industry standards and regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience in property restoration, with a strong focus on using Xactimate. In-depth knowledge of insurance claims processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
